This cocktail dress is made from 'Japan shantung' fabric wrapped in a tight high-waisted belt to enhance that sexy waistline.
The upper part is cut into a high-haletered cleavage line and is perfectly designed for women with broad or 'hanger-shaped' shoulders.
The lower garment has an underbase of shantung fabric topped with a layer of glazed organza. Raffles on the underbase garment is added for flare.

Secret Garden
I tried to fill-up the bustline with fabric florettes to give her a rich bust figure. This is perfect for women who are flat-chested (no offense). The skirt if puffed with an under garment of layered tulle to give it a lift. Again, this one is perfect for those who needs a buttlift.
Now I guess you know why I call this design the "secret garden". There is always a secret to achieving a perfect figure with an imperfect body. Now go tell everyone the secret..... coz I just did!
